Another feature is the built-in 2 1/4" LCD colour display which means you can easily view your recordings! It has ultra-low standby power consumption giving extremely long in-field life (in standby mode, up to 3 months with 4 x AA batteries and 6 months with 8 x AA batteries). Finishing off with a unique side 'Prep Sensor' design provides wider sensing angle and enhances camera's response speed.
It will work in the most extreme temperatures from -22°F to 158°F making it an all year round device. With it being only 5½ x 3½ x 2½ inches in size is compact and well built.
It has an impressively quick trigger time (1 second). The camera can automatically and constantly takes pictures/videos at specified interval if told to. This is very useful when observing events such as plants flowering, birds building nest, or when monitoring unattended properties. The digital hunting camera can be programmed to only work in a specified period every day meaning it will not use too much battery life needlessly.
It has a 'serial number' function which enables you to code locations in the photos. This helps multi-camera users identify the location when reviewing the photos. You can get the date, time, temperature and moon phase to be stamped in the pictures so you know when the picture or video was taken. Finally it has the ability to be locked and password protected meaning you can be the only one to access it.
